Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Karel Peterka to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Tiziano Gamache took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Markus Borkovec to make any attempt to save it. The FC Lugano players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
