Royce Dwyer's late challenge caught a Durian FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Royce Dwyer helped the player get up and apologised. Royce Dwyer kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mike Travis in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ardha Handoyo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 20 minutes into the game, Durian FC's Syamsul Rinaldi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rolando Winkler made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 23 minutes into the match, Inmortales FC's goalkeeper Rolando Winkler had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dasep Latul. In the 26th minute Mike Travis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ardha Handoyo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Boyce Funk fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Inmortales FC's protests and gave Boyce Funk a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Durian FC booed when Inmortales FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boyce Funk didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute of the match Stevanus Wijanarko sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rolando Winkler skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Inmortales FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Boyce Funk hit a great ball. Syamsul Rinaldi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rolando Winkler having to make a save. 41 minutes into the match, Durian FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mike Travis came free, but Ardha Handoyo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Durian FC's Ardha Handoyo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Royce Dwyer in the 43rd minute of play. Egi Asmawan kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the match clock showed 56 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Syamsul Rinaldi sped through Inmortales FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rolando Winkler. After 63 minutes, German Whatley mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Inmortales FC and the Durian FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Durian FC booed when Inmortales FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. German Whatley didn't get a good kick on the ball. Egi Asmawan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rolando Winkler. Inmortales FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 67th match minute, Durian FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stevanus Wijanarko to maneuver through the defense. Rolando Winkler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romi Waskito in the 72nd minute of play. Rolando Winkler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dasep Latul, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. 77 minutes into the game, Durian FC's Dasep Latul nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rolando Winkler made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. M. Andik Sumadipraja sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88th minute Syamsul Rinaldi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Winkler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Durian FC's Dasep Latul got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rolando Winkler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Syamsul Rinaldi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Durian FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
