Guarani Futebol Clube's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Josef Blažej 14 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Guarani Futebol Clube's Acácio Arantes quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Michal Moc, made in the 20th minute of the game. A collision led to Golden Tigers getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Petr Šlechta hit a great ball. Josef Blažej received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Jacinto Tavares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Golden Tigers's Jacinto Tavares threw himself towards the right post 36 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Josef Blažej, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 37th minute Golden Tigers were awarded a corner. Karel Bendík went to the cornerflag to take it. Golden Tigers's Karel Bendík was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jacinto Tavares in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ctibor Vošický kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 45th minute, Josef Blažej fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jacinto Tavares, passed just outside the right post. Jacinto Tavares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Josef Blažej in the 47th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Egídio Fernandes to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, Josef Blažej got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Josef Blažej sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 56th minute Karel Bendík shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto Tavares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Josef Blažej had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The tension between the Guarani Futebol Clube and the Golden Tigers players grew even worse after the yellow card. 81 minutes into the game, one of Guarani Futebol Clube:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 83rd minute there was a penalty for Golden Tigers. Karel Bendík stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jacinto Tavares. 4-1. In the 85th match minute, Golden Tigers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Václav Toth to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Egídio Fernandes in the 87th minute of play forced Golden Tigers's goalkeeper Vilibald Bok to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Golden Tigers's Petr Šlechta got a free kick in the 90th minute. Karel Bendík sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 97 minutes into the match, Golden Tigers's Josef Blažej sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jacinto Tavares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Golden Tigers players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
