Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Júnior Pimenta made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 3rd minute, Erik Dante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matheus Vidal in the 9th minute of play forced Itajaí Football Club's goalkeeper Flávio Batista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Flávio Batista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Júnior Pimenta in the 10th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, Matheus Vidal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Flávio Batista. Itajaí Football Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Matheus Vidal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After a rather tough play, Fabiofs's Orlando Vinhas got a free kick in the 18th minute. After having played for 19 minutes, William Arósio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Itajaí Football Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but William Arósio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Júnior Pimenta in the 20th minute of play forced Itajaí Football Club's goalkeeper Flávio Batista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 22 played minutes Itajaí Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Norberto Abreu. If André Luís Trevisan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute, Sílvio Luís do Nascimento made a precise shot to the right of João de Queirós. Fabiofs's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. 28 minutes into the match, Itajaí Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Matheus Vidal came free, but Flávio Batista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Júnior Pimenta in the 29th minute of play forced Itajaí Football Club's goalkeeper Flávio Batista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Benê Lima notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Fabiofs's João de Queirós. João de Queirós was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Matheus Vidal's late challenge caught a Itajaí Football Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Matheus Vidal helped the player get up and apologised. In the 41st minute, Matheus Vidal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Flávio Batista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matheus Vidal, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Erik Dante hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. 47 minutes into the match, Sílvio Luís do Nascimento dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of João de Queirós, 4-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anselmo Madureira to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the game, William Arósio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. João de Queirós was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 67th minute Matheus Vidal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flávio Batista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 67 minutes, Orlando Vinhas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fabiofs and the Itajaí Football Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. Orlando Vinhas kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Fabiofs's João de Queirós played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Madureira in the 72nd minute of play. João de Queirós showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sílvio Luís do Nascimento in the 75th minute of the match. Flávio Batista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Durvalino de Brito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When André Luís Trevisan fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fabiofs's protests and gave André Luís Trevisan a yellow card for diving instead. Flávio Batista made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matheus Vidal in the 81st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Fabiofs's zone, Benê Lima stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João de Queirós came out of the goal and Benê Lima tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. João de Queirós showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anselmo Madureira, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Madureira in the 92nd minute of play forced Fabiofs's goalkeeper João de Queirós to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 93 minutes into the game, Anselmo Madureira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-2. João de Queirós was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Itajaí Football Club fully deserved thier win.
