After a rather tough play, Oakham's Asiz Koh got a free kick in the 10th minute. Daniel Seah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yeray Lisperguer in the 11th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iskandar Laycock in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rutenio Poveda saved Talcampeón FC from getting behind. In the 15th minute of the match, Iskandar Laycock tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rutenio Poveda saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 16th minute, Merlin Tian got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Merlin Tian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rutenio Poveda having to interfere. Rutenio Poveda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danish Henderson in the 20th minute of the match. Rutenio Poveda made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Iskandar Laycock sent off a good shot on target. 21 minutes into the match, Talcampeón FC's goalkeeper Rutenio Poveda had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iskandar Laycock. Asiz Koh could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Rutenio Poveda made a huge save. When Roberto Larraguibel fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Talcampeón FC's protests and gave Roberto Larraguibel a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Talcampeón FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Roberto Larraguibel hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sandro Asenjo during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Talcampeón FC's Rutenio Poveda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Talcampeón FC from getting a goal against them. Merlin Tian took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rutenio Poveda. Rutenio Poveda dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Rutenio Poveda made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Danish Henderson sent off a good shot on target. Rutenio Poveda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iskandar Laycock, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Danish Hendersons short, quick shot in the 40thth minute got Rutenio Poveda to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 43rd minute Yeray Lisperguer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Seah saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Seah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yeray Lisperguer in the 45th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Oakham's Danish Henderson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rutenio Poveda. That made the score 4-0 after 46 minutes of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The wind increased when Iskandar Laycock made the kick off in the second half. Oakham's defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Yeray Lisperguer scored to the left of an out of position Daniel Seah, making the score, 4-1. Rutenio Poveda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iskandar Laycock, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. 6-1 became the score in the 68th minute when Asiz Koh elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Liberto Henson hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Iskandar Laycock managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oakham's supporters rose to their feet, but Iskandar Laycock was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rutenio Poveda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rutenio Poveda came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Oakham's Danish Henderson. But to his dismay, Danish Henderson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. Rutenio Poveda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iskandar Laycock, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Oakham getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Alif Chian hit a great ball. Oakham's Daniel Seah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Garmendia in the 92nd minute of play. Iskandar Laycock scored 9-1 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rutenio Poveda, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
