In the 8th match minute, CERPA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amado Viator to maneuver through the defense. 12 minutes into the game, Menduh Georgievski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SAN DIEGO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CERPA the free kick. Menduh Georgievski hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. After having played for 14 minutes, Delmar Valente managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CERPA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Delmar Valente was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, SAN DIEGO's Goce Ignatovski got control of the ball when Geronimo Aritza tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 26th minute, Delmar Valente ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Goce Ignatovski was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Goce Ignatovski made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Delmar Valente sent off a good shot on target. In the 38th minute, Delmar Valente reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Goce Ignatovski. The goal made the score 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

SAN DIEGO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Delmar Valente was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Kitan Kikerkovski hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 67th minute, one of SAN DIEGO:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for SAN DIEGO. When SAN DIEGO's Paskal Tasev in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CERPA's goalie prevented a goal. SAN DIEGO's supporters rose to their feet, but Milovan Trajcevski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernabe Arano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Artan Sitnikovski kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Goce Ignatovski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amado Viator, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Delmar Valente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the SAN DIEGO players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for CERPA.
