An unexpectedly hard shot by Sjef Klein in the 6th minute of play forced Klassisk Framtid's goalkeeper Emil Fanström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Christiaan Wilson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emil Fanström. Klassisk Framtid's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Christiaan Wilson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 31st minute Stefano Zijden shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Fanström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ingmar Wallin kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. In the 46th minute, Marco Cales hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

De Kasteelheren's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
