Spectators: 158 (Terracing: 119, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Christiaan Wilson started the match with the kick off. In the 14th minute, Hub Groten ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jan-Åke Johnsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 22nd minute, Hagfors's Martin Björkkvist dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. Hagfors's Jan-Åke Johnsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefano Zijden in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Fredric Odén hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 1-5 became the score in the 30th minute when Christiaan Wilson elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Hagfors's Jan-Åke Johnsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefano Zijden in the 34th minute of play. 37 minutes into the game, De Kasteelheren's Stefano Zijden nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jan-Åke Johnsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. 42 minutes into the game, Yuri Iepstra was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. De Kasteelheren's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hagfors the free kick. Yuri Iepstra hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 45thth minute of the game Stefano Zijden who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hagfors's Jan-Åke Johnsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Christiaan Wilson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Jan-Åke Johnsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Martin Björkkvist to make the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, De Kasteelheren was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mathieu Onrust to maneuver through the defense. Hagfors's Jan-Åke Johnsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Hagfors from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Hagfors's Kent Kruse got a free kick in the 61st minute. De Kasteelheren's Marco Cales got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 78 minutes into the match, Hagfors's goalkeeper Jan-Åke Johnsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christiaan Wilson. When Mathieu Onrust came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the De Kasteelheren fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mathieu Onrust couldn't finish the play. Jan-Åke Johnsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christiaan Wilson in the 84th minute. After 86 played minutes Hagfors got a freekick which was hit by Birger Billström. Bernard Mülder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Holger Modig, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. De Kasteelheren played a much better game than Hagfors and deserved their victory. The Hagfors players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
