After having played for 6 minutes, Rashed Al Sharaf managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Al-Ahli's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rashed Al Sharaf was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jedrzej Mojsiewicz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jaber Al Ateqi in the 11th minute. If Roch Gecionis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 21 played minutes Nojwiynksze Chachary 04 got a freekick which was hit by Julian Pyrzyce. Hieronim Jaks charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hieronim Jaks the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 26 minutes of play, Al-Ahli's Rashed Al Sharaf made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jedrzej Mojsiewicz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Younis Al Harban took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roch Gecionis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jaber Al Ateqi was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Al-Ahli getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Yaqoub Shalan hit a great ball. A collision led to Nojwiynksze Chachary 04 getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Radoslaw Marud hit a great ball. Al-Ahli's Younis Al Harban proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Al-Ahli from getting a goal against them. After recieving a nice pass, Nojwiynksze Chachary 04's Julian Pyrzyce tried to score from far away in the 62nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 69th minute, Jaber Al Ateqi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Al-Ahli fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. The Al-Ahli fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when Al-Ahli's Jaber Al Ateqi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Yaqoub Shalan hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Al-Ahli walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
