Antonio Ushev might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Christiano Bertassi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antonio Ushev ran back to his position shaking his head. 9 minutes into the game, Zeca Cardoso recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Avgustin Anatkov. Zeca Cardoso showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The supporters of GARGOYLES booed when Los Andes FC - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chiquinho Corrêa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christiano Bertassi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Ushev in the 21st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in GARGOYLES's zone, Fabrício Arce stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Avgustin Anatkov came out of the goal and Fabrício Arce tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Christiano Bertassi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Volodya Pisarev went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Fabrício Arce kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Gilvan Sabóia got a free kick in the 33rd minute. A collision led to GARGOYLES getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Dimitar Amzov hit a great ball. Pencho Tzotzorkov hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Cauan Paiva shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 42nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Avgustin Anatkov but with some difficulty. GARGOYLES's Avgustin Anatkov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilvan Sabóia in the 48th minute of play.

The wind increased when Antonio Ushev made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Antonio Ushev recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Christiano Bertassi. Antonio Ushev showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Christiano Bertassi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Antonio Ushev showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 57 minute of play. Christiano Bertassi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vitomir Bozev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vitomir Bozev kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as GARGOYLES's Antonio Ushev slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Christiano Bertassi. That made the score 1-4 after 75 minutes of play. A collision led to Los Andes FC - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Chiquinho Corrêa hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vitomir Bozev got free with Christiano Bertassi in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 87 played minutes GARGOYLES got a freekick which was hit by Zheko Kitipov. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Antonio Ushev took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Christiano Bertassi to make any attempt to save it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabrício Arce in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Avgustin Anatkov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The GARGOYLES supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing GARGOYLES would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
