Spectators: 165 (Terracing: 124, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) FC Kurdistan's Kia Motor started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some careless play in the Alfa FC defense, Brian Kullgren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Léo Rosado. The Alfa FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Léo Rosado should have stopped the shot. If Kia Motor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Léo Rosado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brian Kullgren in the 8th minute of play. After 10 played minutes Alfa FC got a freekick which was hit by Dalmo Gaspar. In the 11th minute of the match Allan Isaksson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Léo Rosado showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Alfa FC's Léo Rosado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Högberg in the 12th minute of play. Kia Motor scored 0-2 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Léo Rosado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kia Motor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Léo Rosado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Enéas Bezerra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nils Zachrisson during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Maurinho de Brito took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Mikael Granström to make any attempt to save it. The FC Kurdistan fans' excitement grew in the 30th match minute when FC Kurdistan's Kia Motor looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Högberg in the 34th minute of play forced Alfa FC's goalkeeper Léo Rosado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Alfa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Högberg came free, but Léo Rosado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, Jonas Högberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Léo Rosado. Alfa FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonas Högberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. In the 43rd match minute, Alfa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacinto de Sena to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jacinto de Sena stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Alfa FC booed when FC Kurdistan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Högberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Kurdistan's Kia Motor slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Léo Rosado. That made the score 1-5 after 59 minutes of play. Mikael Granström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leandro de Lara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Léo Rosado was out of position in the 67 minute of play, and Jens-Åke Carlsson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jens-Åke Carlsson really showed his touch with that goal: 1-6. A collision led to Alfa FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Reynaldo Penha hit a great ball. During the 75th minute of the match Nils Zachrisson completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Nils Zachrisson a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, FC Kurdistan's Jonas Högberg got a free kick in the 77th minute. Mikael Granström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reginaldo Bastos in the 81st minute of the match. 86 minutes into the match, Alfa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Högberg came free, but Léo Rosado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonas Högberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Léo Rosado made a huge save. FC Kurdistan played a much better game than Alfa FC and deserved their victory. The Alfa FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
