Billy Brolin scored 1-0 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Léo Rosado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Léo Rosado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elliott Nilsson in the 14th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Jacinto de Sena put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Walter Drewitz. Walter Drewitz came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Alfa FC's Jacinto de Sena. But to his dismay, Jacinto de Sena quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Alfa FC's Léo Rosado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Alfa FC from getting a goal against them. In the 28th minute Jacinto de Sena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walter Drewitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Alfa FC fans' excitement grew in the 28th match minute when Alfa FC's Jacinto de Sena looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Walter Drewitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto de Sena in the 34th minute of the match. Walter Drewitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reginaldo Bastos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute Jacinto de Sena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walter Drewitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Gärsnäs BF's Max Berg got a free kick in the 38th minute. Gärsnäs BF's Walter Drewitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacinto de Sena in the 41st minute of play. 45 minutes into the game, Reginaldo Bastos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Walter Drewitz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half Alfa FC were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Billy Brolin made the kick off in the second half. Gärsnäs BF's Walter Drewitz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Gärsnäs BF from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Gärsnäs BF's Fredric Ambjörnsson got a free kick in the 58th minute. Jacinto de Sena's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Walter Drewitz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Elliott Nilsson kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, Gärsnäs BF's goal looked a bit too open when Reginaldo Bastos came free, but Walter Drewitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reginaldo Bastos in the 71st minute of play forced Gärsnäs BF's goalkeeper Walter Drewitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fredric Ambjörnsson's late challenge caught a Alfa FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fredric Ambjörnsson helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Alfa FC booed when Gärsnäs BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fredric Ambjörnsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Durval Secco in the 73rd minute of play forced Gärsnäs BF's goalkeeper Walter Drewitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Walter Drewitz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jacinto de Sena in the 77th minute. Jacinto de Sena could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Walter Drewitz made a huge save. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Alfa FC reached it. The supporters of Alfa FC booed when Gärsnäs BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olov Lundgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Alfa FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
