Jofurs Drängar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK the free kick. Karl-Michael Larsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Kenny Kjellkvist made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nils Vennersten in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kenny Kjellkvist saved Jofurs Drängar from getting behind. If Anthon Soned had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute, Karl-Michael Larsson made a precise shot to the right of Kenny Kjellkvist. Jofurs Drängar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Nils Vennersten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kenny Kjellkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils Vennersten in the 23rd minute of the match. Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's Scott Stopar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arne Holmberg in the 27th minute of play. Robin Waller received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Kenny Kjellkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nils Vennersten in the 36th minute of play forced Jofurs Drängar's goalkeeper Kenny Kjellkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nils Vennersten made a kick off. When Anthon Soned came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anthon Soned couldn't finish the play. Nils Vennersten took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kenny Kjellkvist. Kenny Kjellkvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 62 minutes into the game, Benny Boll cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Kenny Kjellkvist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nils Vennersten scored 5-0 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kenny Kjellkvist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kenny Kjellkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nils Vennersten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erland Bergdal in the 79thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Scott Stopar, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Kenny Kjellkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nils Vennersten, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. If Karl-Michael Larsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 89 minutes, Niklas Skager mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK and the Jofurs Drängar players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Jofurs Drängar booed when Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niklas Skager didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karl-Michael Larsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kenny Kjellkvist having to interfere. Kenny Kjellkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nils Vennersten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Niklas Skager took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 96th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kenny Kjellkvist. Jofurs Drängar's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
