Quexal Harroyo came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Campus Douro Academy's Frederico Aguiar. But to his dismay, Frederico Aguiar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Quexal Harroyo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teodoro Caiado's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. When Campus Douro Academy's Frederico Aguiar in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SISTRELLS's goalie prevented a goal. 28 minutes into the game, Teodoro Caiado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Quexal Harroyo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Campus Douro Academy's Teodoro Caiado in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frederico Aguiar was the one to do the kick off. Quexal Harroyo was out of position in the 54 minute of play, and Teodoro Caiado capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Teodoro Caiado really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Viviano Patiño during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Frederico Aguiar who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 60thth minute tested the skills of Quexal Harroyo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 63rd minute Teodoro Caiado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Quexal Harroyo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teodoro Caiado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Quexal Harroyo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Celso Baião hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zeferino Igrejas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danilo Vera in the 77th minute of the match. Quexal Harroyo made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Frederico Aguiar sent off a good shot on target. Asensio Barberá hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Caiado in the 91st minute of play forced SISTRELLS's goalkeeper Quexal Harroyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th match minute, SISTRELLS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Asensio Barberá to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Campus Douro Academy eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
