Spectators: 155 (Terracing: 117, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Arsenio Erico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iker Gilen having to interfere. When Eustacio Sedeni came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eustacio Sedeni couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Atletico Calamar Saavedra booed when INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Venancio Odol didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iker Gilen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustacio Sedeni in the 17th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mateo Beturian in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Faustino Fertus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 36 played minutes INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Arsenio Erico. After a defensive mix-up in INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB's zone, Mateo Beturian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Faustino Fertus came out of the goal and Mateo Beturian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 39 minutes into the match, Atletico Calamar Saavedra's Amador Hechter sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Faustino Fertus narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Faustino Fertus came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Atletico Calamar Saavedra's Mateo Beturian. But to his dismay, Mateo Beturian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Faustino Fertus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amador Hechter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Atletico Calamar Saavedra made a substitution. Emiliano Iraitz replaced Amador Hechter. 54 minutes into the game, Mateo Beturian cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Faustino Fertus was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 57th match minute, Atletico Calamar Saavedra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pascual Urdaspal to maneuver through the defense. 63 minutes into the game, Arsenio Erico was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atletico Calamar Saavedra the free kick. After a rather tough play, INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB's Arsenio Erico got a free kick in the 63rd minute. A collision led to Atletico Calamar Saavedra getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Martin Silvino hit a great ball. Faustino Fertus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Silvino in the 73rd minute of play. Eustacio Sedeni kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Emiliano Iraitz came free, but Faustino Fertus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emiliano Iraitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Faustino Fertus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Silvino in the 87th minute of the match. Mateo Beturian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 93rd minute, Emiliano Iraitz made a precise shot to the right of Faustino Fertus. INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Atletico Calamar Saavedra's Iker Ponc was substituted for Baltasar Kaxen. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Atletico Calamar Saavedra fully deserved thier win.
