The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 5 played minutes Racing Club got a freekick which was hit by David Eguen. After 6 played minutes DS ACADEMY TEAM got a freekick which was hit by Jerzy Rozanski. DS ACADEMY TEAM's Lukasz Zaworski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enrique Gudesteo in the 10th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Lucas Etxepare got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lukasz Zaworski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 18th minute, David Eguen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Racing Club getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Lucas Etxepare hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pawel Wierzbicki during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 39th minute, Pawel Wierzbicki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of DS ACADEMY TEAM booed when Racing Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Etxepare didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th minute of the game, Pawel Wierzbicki landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. In the 47th match minute, Racing Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Gaufred to maneuver through the defense. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Enrique Gudesteo to strike the kick off in the second half. When Maksymilian Mruk came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the DS ACADEMY TEAM fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maksymilian Mruk couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Maksymilian Mruk managed to get in a good position for a shot. DS ACADEMY TEAM's supporters rose to their feet, but Maksymilian Mruk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lino Salvator breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 73 minutes, Jerzy Rozanski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DS ACADEMY TEAM's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jerzy Rozanski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 85th minute, one of DS ACADEMY TEAM:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for DS ACADEMY TEAM. A collision led to Racing Club getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Victor Azeari hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Filip Brataniec managed to get in a good position for a shot. DS ACADEMY TEAM's supporters rose to their feet, but Filip Brataniec was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lino Salvator breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Maksymilian Mruk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. DS ACADEMY TEAM were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
