Reko-Recko 03™'s Maurinho Lima played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eskil Siöman in the 17th minute of play. When Anton Sillén came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Panopticon 04 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anton Sillén couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Reko-Recko 03™ getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Hortêncio Paraense hit a great ball. The supporters of Panopticon 04 booed when Reko-Recko 03™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hernani Hermes didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eskil Siöman in the 27th minute of play forced Reko-Recko 03™'s goalkeeper Maurinho Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Reko-Recko 03™'s Fredrik Ljungberg threw himself towards the right post 57 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Vavá Recko, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Panopticon 04's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
