In the 14th match minute, Heineken Youths was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bo Bo to maneuver through the defense. In the 19th match minute, Heineken Youths was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tuna Fish to maneuver through the defense. Miro Arraz's late challenge caught a Heineken Youths's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Miro Arraz helped the player get up and apologised. After 21 played minutes Futbolin got a freekick which was hit by Miro Arraz. Futbolin's Pastor Moreno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ryan Dirks in the 22nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Heineken Youths's Bo Bo got a free kick in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ryan Dirks in the 46th minute of play forced Futbolin's goalkeeper Pastor Moreno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vergaray Cartagena charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vergaray Cartagena the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 47th match minute, Futbolin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vergaray Cartagena to maneuver through the defense. In the 49th minute, Bo Bo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Heineken Youths fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bo Bo to make the kick off. Pastor Moreno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tuna Fish, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Ryan Dirks managed to get in a good position for a shot. Heineken Youths's supporters rose to their feet, but Ryan Dirks was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pastor Moreno breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Futbolin's Pastor Moreno got control of the ball when Ryan Dirks tried to sneak it across the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, Heineken Youths's goal looked a bit too open when Guillen Echavarri came free, but Chiel den Hertogh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chiel den Hertogh didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Futbolin. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Guillen Echavarri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Futbolin's supporters rose to their feet, but Guillen Echavarri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chiel den Hertogh breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tuna Fish received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Pastor Moreno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Bo Bo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hori Ziguenza hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. When Tuna Fish came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Heineken Youths fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tuna Fish couldn't finish the play. Heineken Youths's Bo Bo got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Heineken Youths were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Futbolin's much stronger midfield.
