Virgílio da Rocha was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cipriano Berriotxoa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 94 minute of play. Casimiro Quinten might have been able to make a better finish in the 97th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Virgílio da Rocha. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Casimiro Quinten ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 99th minute, Cipriano Berriotxoa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Virgílio da Rocha was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. Bicicleta F.C.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
