Marin White was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 23rd match minute, Fenerbahçe S.K. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gregory Perrault to maneuver through the defense. 邵阳霆's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marin White read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Marin White didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 邵阳霆 went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After 29 played minutes Fenerbahçe S.K. got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Long. 刘云剑's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marin White read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, 宁夏固原犀牛队's goal looked a bit too open when Jermaine Preston came free, but 潘鹰川 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by 宁夏固原犀牛队's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Toussaint Goddu was slow to take the kick. During this time Fenerbahçe S.K.'s players had a chance to rest. 38 minutes into the match, 宁夏固原犀牛队's 刘云剑 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marin White narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 潘鹰川 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jermaine Preston, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Toussaint Goddu, 60 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Sung Norbert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 宁夏固原犀牛队's 马挺伟 was substituted for 邵阳霆. After 69 minutes, 刘云剑 mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 宁夏固原犀牛队 and the Fenerbahçe S.K. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fenerbahçe S.K.'s Marin White played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 刘云剑 in the 80th minute of play. Rico Migneron kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. 宁夏固原犀牛队's 马挺伟 got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 潘鹰川 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jermaine Preston in the 96th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. 宁夏固原犀牛队 walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
