Eugenio Nataniel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Howling Dawn U18 fans' excitement grew in the 17th match minute when Howling Dawn U18's Jorge Cai looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 20 minutes, Alfred Juhlin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Köping and the Howling Dawn U18 players grew even worse after the yellow card. 19 minutes into the game, one of Köping:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Howling Dawn U18 a penalty, 21 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jorge Cai, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Köping's Dick Browall. 0-2. Cristian Fernanco hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 25th minute, Köping's Nils-Åke Arvidsson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. In the 28th minute, Jorge Cai ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dick Browall was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Dick Browall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Cai in the 31st minute of the match. Alfred Juhlin got his second yellow card in the match during the 34th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Alfred Juhlin hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. 37 minutes into the match, Jorge Cai had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dick Browall. Köping's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jorge Cai was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. After some careless play in the Köping defense, Jorge Cai kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dick Browall. The Köping fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dick Browall should have stopped the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-5 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jorge Cai stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Köping's goalkeeper Dick Browall had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julio Honrio. Köping's Dick Browall proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Köping from getting a goal against them. When Eugenio Regis fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Howling Dawn U18's protests and gave Eugenio Regis a yellow card for diving instead. In the 60th match minute, Howling Dawn U18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugenio Regis to maneuver through the defense. Julio Honrio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dick Browall having to interfere. The supporters of Köping booed when Howling Dawn U18 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugenio Regis didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 68 played minutes, Köping's Linus Wikander shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Raimundo Botello came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Köping reached it. Köping's Dick Browall proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Köping from getting a goal against them. In the last second Dick Browall throw himself and got hold of the ball when Jorge Cai in the 75thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Dick Browall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Cai in the 77th minute of the match. Marcus Andersson hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. 87 minutes into the match, Köping's goal looked a bit too open when Julio Honrio came free, but Dick Browall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jorge Cai scored 1-6 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dick Browall, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Howling Dawn U18's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
