Spectators: 167 (Terracing: 126, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) Bruno Maraman started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Alvo Kobe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Desiderio Tancredo in the 3rd minute of the match. Gunther Daun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Ovidio Maureo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bruno Maraman took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alvo Kobe. Alvo Kobe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After having played for 16 minutes, Gunther Daun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Academica Pulheim's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gunther Daun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 21st minute, Bruno Maraman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sportivo Ben Hur fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Raimundo Primo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Alvo Kobe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alvo Kobe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Apolo Ruy's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Ovidio Maureo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gunther Daun in the 42nd minute of play. A collision led to Academica Pulheim getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Dominik Zintl hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Barnabas Rogge made a kick off. 58 minutes into the match, Sportivo Ben Hur's goal looked a bit too open when Gunther Daun came free, but Ovidio Maureo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dominik Zintl kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Academica Pulheim's Hadrian Greilinger was substituted for Kevin Meißel. Desiderio Tancredo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alvo Kobe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Sportivo Ben Hur's Celso Incendio got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Academica Pulheim's Thomas von Puttkammer was substituted for Karsten Oppmann. 79 minutes into the game, Bruno Maraman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sportivo Ben Hur's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Academica Pulheim the free kick. After 79 played minutes Sportivo Ben Hur got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Maraman. Sportivo Ben Hur's Ovidio Maureo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas von Puttkammer in the 88th minute of play. Academica Pulheim's Alvo Kobe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Academica Pulheim from getting a goal against them.
