The audience thought a goal was coming when Ulises Jurgi got free with Arano Uncal in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jeremias Michael showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Birjaio Airoldi, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ulises Jurgi got free with Arano Uncal in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Madison's Ulises Jurgi got a free kick in the 16th minute. Ulises Jurgi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tebaldo Macia charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tebaldo Macia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Madison's Gregorio Hodei couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for ALIANZA 1901. In the 25th minute, Tebaldo Macia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arano Uncal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Blas Ubarna went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 28th minute, Gualterio Conrao hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Madison's Gualterio Conrao got his second yellow card of the match in the 32nd minute. The referee ordered Gualterio Conrao off the ground. In the 33rd minute, Gualterio Conrao hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 36 minutes into the game, Ulises Jurgi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Arano Uncal. Ulises Jurgi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Blas Ubarnas short, quick shot in the 39thth minute got Arano Uncal to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Arano Uncal stood somewhat misplaced when Blas Ubarna came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 41 minute. A hard shot 45 in the game by Blas Ubarna from a close distance when the talented Arano Uncal managed to make a qualified save. ALIANZA 1901's players were relieved. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

After some careless play in the ALIANZA 1901 defense, Blas Ubarna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arano Uncal. The ALIANZA 1901 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arano Uncal should have stopped the shot. If Ulises Jurgi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 59 minutes into the match, Madison's goalkeeper Jeremias Michael had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Azeari Bengoechea. Ulises Jurgi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Arano Uncal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 62 minutes into the game, Ulises Jurgi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Arano Uncal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Ulises Jurgi put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Arano Uncal. Ulises Jurgi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in ALIANZA 1901's zone, Ulises Jurgi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arano Uncal came out of the goal and Ulises Jurgi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 78 minutes into the game, Cambranes Zurica was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ALIANZA 1901's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Madison the free kick. The supporters of Madison booed when ALIANZA 1901 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cambranes Zurica didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Blas Ubarna put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Arano Uncal. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Blas Ubarna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Madison's supporters rose to their feet, but Blas Ubarna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arano Uncal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Blas Ubarna in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arano Uncal saved ALIANZA 1901 from getting behind. Madison walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
