A collision led to Tiburones Rojos getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Modesto Marin hit a great ball. When Modesto Marin fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tiburones Rojos's protests and gave Modesto Marin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 5th minute, Modesto Marin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 9 minutes into the match, Tiburones Rojos's goal looked a bit too open when Rui de Lima came free, but Iker Darien reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Tiburones Rojos's zone, Deivid Queirós stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iker Darien came out of the goal and Deivid Queirós tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 11th match minute, Tiburones Rojos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Libertad to maneuver through the defense. In the 14th minute Evelio Iratxo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dudu Garcia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th match minute, S.C. Ferrari was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raí Sampaio to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the S.C. Ferrari defense, Ramon Gora kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dudu Garcia. The S.C. Ferrari fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dudu Garcia should have stopped the shot. Iker Darien stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rui de Lima's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Modesto Marin kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Rui de Lima hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd match minute, Tiburones Rojos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evelio Iratxo to maneuver through the defense. 40 minutes into the match, Rui de Lima had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iker Darien. Tiburones Rojos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rui de Lima was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The S.C. Ferrari fans' excitement grew in the 44th match minute when S.C. Ferrari's Breno Ribeiro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Breno Ribeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The wind increased when Joel Libertad made the kick off in the second half. Rui de Lima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iker Darien having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Deivid Queirós managed to get in a good position for a shot. S.C. Ferrari's supporters rose to their feet, but Deivid Queirós was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iker Darien breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Iker Darien showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rui de Lima, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Iker Darien made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rui de Lima in the 61st minute of play. Tiburones Rojos's Iker Darien played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Deivid Queirós in the 66th minute of play. Deivid Queirós sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iker Darien stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rui de Lima's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. In the 77th match minute, S.C. Ferrari was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rui de Lima to maneuver through the defense. In the 78th minute, Rui de Lima hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 79 minutes, Ramon Gora mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tiburones Rojos and the S.C. Ferrari players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 79th match minute, Tiburones Rojos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramon Gora to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of S.C. Ferrari booed when Tiburones Rojos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Modesto Marin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 83rdth minute of the game Rui de Lima who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tiburones Rojos's Iker Darien was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Rui de Lima took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Iker Darien to make any attempt to save it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rui de Lima in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iker Darien prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tiburones Rojos's Iker Darien played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rui de Lima in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd play minute Cléber Arantes came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Iker Darien. 1-5. S.C. Ferrari's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
