Antônio Carlos Vander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Kendrick Varela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Antônio Carlos Vander could shoot a difficult shot in the 24th minute, which Kendrick Varela however easily saved by the left post. Antônio Carlos Vander could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Kendrick Varela made a huge save. In the 33rd minute Ediberto Abraão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kendrick Varela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bruno Vogel hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Antônio Carlos Vander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 39 played minutes, Vista Alegre FC's Egídio Coelho shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kendrick Varela came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Vista Alegre FC reached it. FriBeRtz Football Club's Kendrick Varela proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save FriBeRtz Football Club from getting a goal against them. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

51 minutes into the match, Antônio Carlos Vander notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of FriBeRtz Football Club's Kendrick Varela. Kendrick Varela was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Vista Alegre FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Ediberto Abraão hit a great ball. Hortêncio Senna was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Bruno Vogel. Kendrick Varela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Penha in the 67th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ediberto Abraão in the 68th minute of play forced FriBeRtz Football Club's goalkeeper Kendrick Varela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 70 minutes, Ralph Goddu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FriBeRtz Football Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ralph Goddu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FriBeRtz Football Club's Conrad Leblanc got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kendrick Varela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antônio Carlos Vander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kendrick Varela didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antônio Carlos Vander went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 92nd minute, Antônio Carlos Vander ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kendrick Varela was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Ralph Goddu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Vista Alegre FC fully deserved thier win.
