Ferrari getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Rômulo Freitas hit a great ball. Dudu Garcia was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Arthur Zico. Deivid Queirós hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After 17 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Suprs Academia! Suprs Academia:s Manuel Silveira showed great skill when he stopped Rui de Lima:s penalty. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Breno Ribeiro in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Manuel Silveira saved Suprs Academia from getting behind. After a rather tough play, S.C. Ferrari's Filipe Souza got a free kick in the 21st minute. Suprs Academia's Manuel Silveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rui de Lima in the 27th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Suprs Academia's goal looked a bit too open when Rui de Lima came free, but Manuel Silveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Suprs Academia's Manuel Silveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rui de Lima in the 29th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Héctor Chirol had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dudu Garcia. S.C. Ferrari's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Héctor Chirol was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Suprs Academia's Manuel Silveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rui de Lima in the 34th minute of play. Manuel Silveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rui de Lima in the 43rd minute of the match. The supporters of Suprs Academia booed when S.C. Ferrari was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 49 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rui de Lima didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The wind increased when Héctor Chirol made the kick off in the second half. Manuel Silveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Breno Ribeiro in the 56th minute of the match. After 68 played minutes Suprs Academia got a freekick which was hit by Cristiano Santiago. In the 69th match minute, Suprs Academia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristiano Santiago to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Deivid Queirós in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Manuel Silveira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rui de Lima had several of the Suprs Academia's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 74 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Manuel Silveira as he didn't even see the shot coming. 79 minutes into the match, Suprs Academia's goal looked a bit too open when Rui de Lima came free, but Manuel Silveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 80 minutes into the game, Arthur Zico was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Suprs Academia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave S.C. Ferrari the free kick. In the 80th match minute, Suprs Academia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arthur Zico to maneuver through the defense. S.C. Ferrari made a substitution. Eliseu Souto replaced Aníbal Furlan. A collision led to Suprs Academia getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Arthur Zico hit a great ball. Suprs Academia's Héctor Chirol got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dudu Garcia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Héctor Chirol went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. 97 minutes into the game, Cléber Arantes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Manuel Silveira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The S.C. Ferrari supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing S.C. Ferrari would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
