The audience thought a goal was coming when Hugo Rueda got free with Mikolaj Skonieczny in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dick van der Stoel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jurand Jucha in the 48th minute of the match.

A collision led to Fargo SC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Teo Dekker hit a great ball. Dimitrie Rolink kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. In the 68th minute of the match Norbert Nalaskowski sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dick van der Stoel skillfully saved the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Fargo SC's goalkeeper Dick van der Stoel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ignacy Ciborek. The audience was convinced that Roch Tobaczewski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dick van der Stoel was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. Cezary Kapera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 90 minutes into the match, Fargo SC's goal looked a bit too open when Roch Tobaczewski came free, but Dick van der Stoel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Cezary Kapera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
