Spectators: 148 (Terracing: 112, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Dimitrie Iepmann kicked off to start the match. The supporters of De hijgende Hertjes booed when Gryffindor Lions was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelino Gil didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nigel Kooij fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hipolito Vela having to interfere. Marcel Lammers hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelino Gil in the 16th minute of play forced De hijgende Hertjes's goalkeeper Floris Hoving to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 21 played minutes De hijgende Hertjes got a freekick which was hit by Wachirapong Pobedimskiy. 23 minutes into the game, Edgardo Breogan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Floris Hoving was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Floris Hoving took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelino Gil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vinicio Quirze took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Floris Hoving. Floris Hoving dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Floris Hoving showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelino Gil, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 32nd match minute, De hijgende Hertjes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcel Lammers to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th minute Angelino Gil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Floris Hoving saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 39 minutes into the game, Angelino Gil cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Floris Hoving was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Floris Hoving made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelino Gil in the 42nd minute of play. Floris Hoving came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Gryffindor Lions's Edgardo Breogan. But to his dismay, Edgardo Breogan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. The De hijgende Hertjes players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Gryffindor Lions were winning 0-4.

De hijgende Hertjes's defense didn't have a chance, in the 53rd minute, when Angelino Gil scored to the left of an out of position Floris Hoving, making the score, 0-5. In the 56th minute Angelino Gil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Floris Hoving saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Floris Hoving was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eugenio Balesio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 61 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgardo Breogan in the 65th minute of play forced De hijgende Hertjes's goalkeeper Floris Hoving to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcel Lammers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Hipolito Vela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 68 minutes of play, De hijgende Hertjes's Dimitrie Iepmann made it 1-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hipolito Vela was left in no man's land by his defense there! De hijgende Hertjes's Floris Hoving proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save De hijgende Hertjes from getting a goal against them. 73 minutes into the match, Angelino Gil dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Floris Hoving, 1-7. In the 85th minute, Angelino Gil reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Floris Hoving. The goal made the score 1-8. 89 minutes into the match, De hijgende Hertjes's goal looked a bit too open when Angelino Gil came free, but Floris Hoving reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 90 minutes into the game, Vinicio Quirze recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Floris Hoving. Vinicio Quirze showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-9. Gryffindor Lions's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
