The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Reynaldo Lauren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wasyl Sidorowicz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Karpaty Krosno's goal looked a bit too open when Santiago Kelemen came free, but Wasyl Sidorowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 29 played minutes Karpaty Krosno got a freekick which was hit by Klement Czekaj. Cable a Tierra's Serafin Ihintza got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Karpaty Krosno's Wasyl Sidorowicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinicio Gerazan in the 34th minute of play. Wasyl Sidorowicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hermengildo Gutxi in the 41st minute of the match. Wasyl Sidorowicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vinicio Gerazan in the 43rd minute of play. Wasyl Sidorowicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hermengildo Gutxi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After 58 played minutes Karpaty Krosno got a freekick which was hit by Roman Wojtowicz. With a little luck, Karpaty Krosno's Wasyl Sidorowicz got control of the ball when Hermengildo Gutxi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Santiago Kelemen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Wasyl Sidorowicz made a huge save. Amador Arias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dariusz Perkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Vinicio Gerazan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cable a Tierra's supporters rose to their feet, but Vinicio Gerazan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wasyl Sidorowicz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cable a Tierra's Edelmiro Gimenez was substituted for Serafin Ihintza. Karpaty Krosno's Wasyl Sidorowicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Kelemen in the 79th minute of play. After 94 played minutes Cable a Tierra got a freekick which was hit by Vinicio Gerazan. The crowd rose to their feet as Angelo Erauso kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Wasyl Sidorowicz. That made the score 0-5 in the 95 minute of play. Cable a Tierra's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
