The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Aldo Quentin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Gallardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Daniel Gallardo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Aldo Quentin made a huge save. Aldo Quentin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jesus Gargollo in the 12th minute of the match. Plaza Jewell's Aldo Quentin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jesus Gargollo in the 15th minute of play. In the 17th match minute, Plaza Jewell was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Everardo Stephen to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Red Reign's Paulo Chandivilla got a free kick in the 22nd minute. After 24 played minutes, Plaza Jewell's Eulalio Cordarrel shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Saritama Durana came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Plaza Jewell reached it. Edgardo Abeitia charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edgardo Abeitia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Aldo Quentin made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Daniel Gallardo sent off a good shot on target. 30 minutes into the match, Plaza Jewell's goalkeeper Aldo Quentin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Gallardo. 31 minutes into the match, Plaza Jewell's goal looked a bit too open when Jesus Gargollo came free, but Aldo Quentin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Red Reign getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Paulo Chandivilla hit a great ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Everardo Stephen made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Plaza Jewell's Eulalio Cordarrel got a free kick in the 51st minute. 52 minutes into the match, Jesus Gargollo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aldo Quentin. Plaza Jewell's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jesus Gargollo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jesus Gargollo in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aldo Quentin saved Plaza Jewell from getting behind. Aldo Quentin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Chandivilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. The audience was convinced that Jesus Gargollo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aldo Quentin was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. In the 63rd minute Paulo Chandivilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aldo Quentin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Everardo Stephen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With an all-out effort, Plaza Jewell's Saritama Durana threw himself towards the right post 69 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tomas Loi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 69th play minute Tomas Loi came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Saritama Durana. 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bohórquez Erauzquin during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 77 played minutes, Red Reign's Pedro Coz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aldo Quentin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Red Reign reached it. 79 minutes into the match, Red Reign's goal looked a bit too open when Everardo Stephen came free, but Saritama Durana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute, Pedro Enetz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Plaza Jewell getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Flavio Arnas hit a great ball.
