The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rdth minute of the game Yannis Perathoner who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zendraget BK's Henning Norberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 5th match minute, Zendraget BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ingmar Hedlund to maneuver through the defense. Joacim Deckberg scored 1-0 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cameron Bragger, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cameron Bragger made an important save on a dangerous shot by Karl Frisck in the 20th minute. Henning Norberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yannis Perathoner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the match, Yannis Perathoner had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Henning Norberg. Zendraget BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yannis Perathoner was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Gunnar Berg kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Zelg FC's Cameron Bragger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thor Nordin in the 31st minute of play. Cameron Bragger made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Joacim Deckberg sent off a good shot on target. 36 minutes into the match, Zendraget BK's goal looked a bit too open when Yannis Perathoner came free, but Henning Norberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Henning Norberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrico Vogt in the 38th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Kennet Benett hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cameron Bragger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thor Nordin in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 44th minute of the match Zendraget BK got a corner. Zelg FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Börje Rudberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 45 played minutes Zendraget BK got a freekick which was hit by Ingmar Hedlund. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jens Oschwald stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Jens Oschwald shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henning Norberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yannis Perathoner in the 52nd minute of play forced Zendraget BK's goalkeeper Henning Norberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Zelg FC's Henning Norberg threw himself towards the right post 66 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Yannis Perathoner, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Zendraget BK's Henning Norberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Zendraget BK from getting a goal against them. Harlow Beyer hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute Jens Oschwald shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henning Norberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Henning Norberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yannis Perathoner, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 78th match minute, Zendraget BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Egil Eriksson to maneuver through the defense. Zendraget BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zelg FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Zendraget BK's Erling Söderlund got a free kick in the 87th minute. 87 minutes into the match, Zelg FC's Harlow Beyer broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Zelg FC's Cameron Bragger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl Frisck in the 90th minute of play. Cameron Bragger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joacim Deckberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Zendraget BK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Zelg FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
