The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee showed Leandro Cordaro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Asesinos Por Naturaleza's Leandro Cordaro got a free kick in the 12th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 14 minutes into the game, when Horácio Antunes put in a rough tackle. After 13 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for SinháCity FC! Alex Vander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jesus Boniel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingo Hernando in the 23rd minute of play forced SinháCity FC's goalkeeper Alex Vander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Allan Loyola could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Cristo Aureo made a huge save. In the 25th minute, SinháCity FC's Allan Loyola dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Asesinos Por Naturaleza's Cristo Aureo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Asesinos Por Naturaleza from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in SinháCity FC's zone, Domingo Hernando stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alex Vander came out of the goal and Domingo Hernando tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alex Vander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Ospetsu, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 53rd minute, Luis Ospetsu fired away a shot that was totally unreachable for Alex Vander. The ball ended up just outside the left post, and Asesinos Por Naturaleza's manager could be seen angrily pacing the sidelines. SinháCity FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 53rd minute, when Domingo Hernando scored to the left of an out of position Alex Vander, making the score, 1-2. Asesinos Por Naturaleza's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
