Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Vyacheslav Stezhkovyi took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Panas Rurych had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bernardinho Freire. Academia Militar MZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Panas Rurych was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Artem Berezovchuk during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 7th minute, Artem Berezovchuk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stepan Dordytsya came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Academia Militar MZ's Maicon de Almeida. But to his dismay, Maicon de Almeida quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 14 minutes into the match, Ruslan Martynyuk dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bernardinho Freire, 2-1. In the 17th minute of the match, Vyacheslav Stezhkovyi tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bernardinho Freire saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to Philadelphia Union FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Rodion Krohmal hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Panas Rurych got free with Bernardinho Freire in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 23 minutes into the match, Philadelphia Union FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gualter Nóbrega came free, but Stepan Dordytsya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vyacheslav Stezhkovyi in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernardinho Freire saved Academia Militar MZ from getting behind. Bernardinho Freire made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Vyacheslav Stezhkovyi sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Philadelphia Union FC's Ruslan Martynyuk slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bernardinho Freire. That made the score 3-1 after 28 minutes of play. 33 minutes into the match, Rodion Krohmal notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Academia Militar MZ's Bernardinho Freire. Bernardinho Freire was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Stepan Dordytsya didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gualter Nóbrega went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. Vyacheslav Stezhkovyi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 46th match minute, Academia Militar MZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lúcio Fantini to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-2 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Maicon de Almeida stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bernardinho Freire showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vyacheslav Stezhkovyi in the 52nd minute of the match. After having played for 63 minutes, Gualter Nóbrega managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Academia Militar MZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gualter Nóbrega was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 65th minute, Philadelphia Union FC's Artem Berezovchuk seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Artem Berezovchuk the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Philadelphia Union FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Artem Berezovchuk had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After a rather tough play, Philadelphia Union FC's Artem Berezovchuk got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 68th match minute, Philadelphia Union FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodion Krohmal to maneuver through the defense. Academia Militar MZ's Bernardinho Freire played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vyacheslav Stezhkovyi in the 72nd minute of play. Bernardinho Freire made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Panas Rurych in the 85th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Academia Militar MZ's Luís Fábio Quirino got a free kick in the 88th minute. Ruslan Martynyuk took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bernardinho Freire. Bernardinho Freire dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. Philadelphia Union FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
