Mercado Paulista F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Dep. Soc. Rodo the free kick. 22 minutes into the match, Mercado Paulista F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Juan-Carlos Otero came free, but Isaias Quirze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Donatello Barajo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Israel Santo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Donatello Barajo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inocencio Matai in the 34th minute of play. After 47 minutes, Inocencio Matai mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mercado Paulista F.C and the Club Dep. Soc. Rodo players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Mercado Paulista F.C getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Inocencio Matai hit a great ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ipar Monzonis to strike the kick off in the second half. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Donatello Barajo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Israel Santo in the 51st minute of play. Donatello Barajo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Israel Santo in the 57th minute of the match. The supporters of Club Dep. Soc. Rodo booed when Mercado Paulista F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albino Asteri didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 65th minute Israel Santo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donatello Barajo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th match minute, Mercado Paulista F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bishen Quattrocchi to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th minute, Gonchan Marisancena sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Mercado Paulista F.C's Isaias Quirze didn't even have to move. After 75 minutes Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Inocencio Matai who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Inocencio Matai got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Donatello Barajo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Isaias Quirze didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 79th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. 86 minutes into the match, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's goal looked a bit too open when Israel Santo came free, but Donatello Barajo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Club Dep. Soc. Rodo getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Ipar Monzonis hit a great ball. Sergio Burni hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. 90 minutes into the match, Mercado Paulista F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Ipar Monzonis came free, but Isaias Quirze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Donatello Barajo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sergio Burni in the 92nd minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's goal looked a bit too open when Israel Santo came free, but Donatello Barajo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Club Dep. Soc. Rodo players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Mercado Paulista F.C from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
