Delmiro Duardo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ipar Monzonis's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. In the 21st minute, Ipar Monzonis reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Delmiro Duardo. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 25th minute, Ipar Monzonis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Dep. Soc. Rodo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anacleto Dolcet was the one to do the kick off. Ipar Monzonis scored 3-0 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Delmiro Duardo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The coaching staff of Club Dep. Soc. Rodo protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Iyan Bolaños had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Rodo's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastiano Macilla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Delmiro Duardo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 93rd minute, Vidal Ximeno left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net.
