Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Armando Padro started the match with the kick off. Yalapa's Constantino Elija played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leandro Campelo in the 4th minute of play. The supporters of Andarilhos booed when Yalapa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leandro Urbes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Constantino Elija showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zarco Moutinho in the 6th minute of the match. In the 10th match minute, Andarilhos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aparício Pinheiro to maneuver through the defense. Fábio Cesário made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Padro in the 12th minute of play. Abel Velasques kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Fábio Cesário made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Pedro Urbasa sent off a good shot on target. Andarilhos's Fábio Cesário proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Andarilhos from getting a goal against them. In the 26th minute Armando Padro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fábio Cesário saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anier Eudoxio took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fábio Cesário. Fábio Cesário dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. The supporters of Yalapa booed when Andarilhos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henrique Jordão didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Anier Eudoxio came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Yalapa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anier Eudoxio couldn't finish the play. In the 33rd minute Leandro Campelo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Constantino Elija saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yalapa's Constantino Elija played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zarco Moutinho in the 35th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Leandro Campelo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Constantino Elija. Yalapa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leandro Campelo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leandro Campelo in the 42nd minute of play forced Yalapa's goalkeeper Constantino Elija to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Herberto Vilar in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Constantino Elija saved Yalapa from getting behind. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leandro Campelo was the one to do the kick off. Constantino Elija was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Herberto Vilar showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 53 minute of play. In the 57th match minute, Yalapa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leandro Urbes to maneuver through the defense. After 58 played minutes, Andarilhos's Marcelo Tinoco shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Constantino Elija came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Andarilhos reached it. Leandro Urbes kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Leandro Campelo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Constantino Elija made a huge save. After 64 played minutes Andarilhos got a freekick which was hit by Claudemiro Infante. After 66 played minutes, Yalapa's Simon Eneto shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fábio Cesário came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Yalapa reached it. After a rather tough play, Andarilhos's Aparício Pinheiro got a free kick in the 66th minute. Fábio Cesário came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Yalapa's Armando Padro. But to his dismay, Armando Padro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Leandro Urbes struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Fábio Cesário didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yalapa. Constantino Elija showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herberto Vilar in the 74th minute of the match.
