Spectators: 184 (Terracing: 139, Seating: 42, VIP seats: 3) Diederick Meulders made the kick off and thus started the match. Abay Ağçelik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diederick Meulders in the 7th minute of play. Abay Ağçelik made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joeri Van Laer in the 16th minute. After 18 played minutes Bacardi FC got a freekick which was hit by Jos Schaerlaekens. Sezai Kelami sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Bacardi FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Jos Schaerlaekens hit a great ball. Abdulkerim Necmi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 45 minutes into the match, Bacardi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aybek Laçin came free, but Fernand De Strijcker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Joeri Van Laer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aybek Laçin was the one to do the kick off. Joeri Van Laer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abay Ağçelik having to interfere. 55 minutes into the game, Birger Verhoeven was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bacardi FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Osmanlı İmparatorluğu the free kick. In the 55th match minute, Bacardi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Birger Verhoeven to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute, Osmanlı İmparatorluğu's Sezai Kelami dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. 65 minutes into the match, Sezai Kelami notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Bacardi FC's Fernand De Strijcker. Fernand De Strijcker was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 68th play minute Sezai Kelami came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Fernand De Strijcker. 0-3. In the 75th match minute, Osmanlı İmparatorluğu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aybek Laçin to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Osmanlı İmparatorluğu's Sezai Kelami slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fernand De Strijcker. That made the score 0-4 after 78 minutes of play. Joeri Van Laer charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joeri Van Laer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Osmanlı İmparatorluğu's Abay Ağçelik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joeri Van Laer in the 84th minute of play. A collision led to Osmanlı İmparatorluğu getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Sezai Kelami hit a great ball. Fernand De Strijcker made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Sezai Kelami sent off a good shot on target. In the 95th minute Sezai Kelami shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernand De Strijcker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Osmanlı İmparatorluğu supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Osmanlı İmparatorluğu would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
