Dumitru Covrig hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute Lucio Fero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tudor Urdăreanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximo Calixto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petru Stoiculescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 26 minutes into the game, Costică Răduțu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Maximo Calixto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. C.A.JORGOVAN's Maximo Calixto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Costică Răduțu in the 35th minute of play. If Costică Răduțu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Angel Medero took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Tudor Urdăreanu to make any attempt to save it. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Ezequiel Gasteiz hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 56th minute, Tadeo Paio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, C.A.JORGOVAN's Ezequiel Gasteiz got a free kick in the 59th minute. A collision led to Cormoranii -MM- getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Emanuel Maftei hit a great ball. After 64 played minutes C.A.JORGOVAN got a freekick which was hit by Segundo Olando. The long shot by Emanuel Maftei in the 65th minute really tested Maximo Calixto's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 66th match minute, C.A.JORGOVAN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tadeo Paio to maneuver through the defense. After 69 played minutes Cormoranii -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Dumitru Covrig. In the 73rd minute Christian Martxot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tudor Urdăreanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ezequiel Gasteiz hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Petru Stoiculescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maximo Calixto was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. After 78 played minutes Cormoranii -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Dumitru Covrig. Ezequiel Gasteiz, 79 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Codruț Murgoci kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. When the match was over Cormoranii -MM- could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than C.A.JORGOVAN throughout the match.
