IFK Hedemora's Elliot Berglund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ariando Oca in the 5th minute of play. In the 6th minute, Beti Jene got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 8th match minute, Ríver Late was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ariando Oca to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Ríver Late's Isauro Contero got control of the ball when Uno Erserman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Andres Feloaga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ríver Late's Isauro Contero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Ríver Late from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, IFK Hedemora's Kaj Kjellberg got a free kick in the 18th minute. 22 minutes into the game, Chesus Jusino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ríver Late's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave IFK Hedemora the free kick. In the 23rd minute, Jens-Ove Björkkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Elliot Berglund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beti Jene in the 26th minute of play. Andres Feloaga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of IFK Hedemora booed when Ríver Late was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andres Feloaga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bizen Villafuentes hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. After 34 played minutes IFK Hedemora got a freekick which was hit by Stig-Ove Josefsson. In the 37th minute of the match, Johan Stensson got a very nice opportunity to score, but Isauro Contero was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Jimmie Jansson might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Isauro Contero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jimmie Jansson ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 40thth minute of the game Jimmie Jansson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ríver Late's Isauro Contero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Isauro Contero was a little too slow when Uno Erserman got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 41st minute. The score was now 1-0. Uno Erserman struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Isauro Contero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for IFK Hedemora. Thanks to some nice moves Uno Erserman could shoot a difficult shot in the 47th minute, which Isauro Contero however easily saved by the left post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Jimmie Jansson made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Beti Jene fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 55th minute, Stig-Ove Josefsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elliot Berglund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ariando Oca in the 56th minute. Isauro Contero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uno Erserman in the 61st minute of play. Isauro Contero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inge Glad, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Andres Feloaga kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Elliot Berglund. That made the score 1-1 in the 72 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ariando Oca got free with Elliot Berglund in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 93rd minute, Uno Erserman made a precise shot to the right of Isauro Contero. Ríver Late's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Ríver Late's Isauro Contero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimmie Jansson in the 96th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. IFK Hedemora had played much better football throughout.
