After 2 played minutes ALMA GUERREIRA got a freekick which was hit by Dé Aguiar. In the 3rd match minute, Fecha Libre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Caitano to maneuver through the defense. Murilo Barros charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Murilo Barros the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 4th match minute, ALMA GUERREIRA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Murilo Barros to maneuver through the defense. ALMA GUERREIRA's Luís Gustavo Pirani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeledon Orland in the 6th minute of play. After 7 minutes, Sebastião Soares mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ALMA GUERREIRA and the Fecha Libre players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, ALMA GUERREIRA's Sebastião Soares got a free kick in the 7th minute. Murilo Barros came free with the goalkeeper in the 14th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Franco Armanca could save by the left post. The supporters of ALMA GUERREIRA booed when Fecha Libre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benigno Rosalio didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albano Betadur during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 21st minute, Albano Betadur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of ALMA GUERREIRA booed when Fecha Libre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benigno Rosalio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, ALMA GUERREIRA's Sebastião Soares got a free kick in the 24th minute. Franco Armanca came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by ALMA GUERREIRA's Joel da Silva. But to his dismay, Joel da Silva quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Luís Gustavo Pirani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeledon Orland in the 29th minute of play. Dé Aguiar charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dé Aguiar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, ALMA GUERREIRA's Dé Aguiar got a free kick in the 34th minute. In the 36th minute, Zeledon Orland made a precise shot to the right of Luís Gustavo Pirani. ALMA GUERREIRA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Franco Armanca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel da Silva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

With a little luck, ALMA GUERREIRA's Luís Gustavo Pirani got control of the ball when Zeledon Orland tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 54 minutes ALMA GUERREIRA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Zeledon Orland who took care of the corner kick. Franco Armanca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrianinho Botelho in the 58th minute of play. The supporters of ALMA GUERREIRA booed when Fecha Libre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Tartalo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 63 played minutes Fecha Libre got a freekick which was hit by Zeledon Orland. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulisses Vinhas in the 65th minute of play forced Fecha Libre's goalkeeper Franco Armanca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eugenio Tome got free with Luís Gustavo Pirani in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Albano Betadur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ulisses Vinhas made in the 73rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Fecha Libre's Daniel Tartalo. ALMA GUERREIRA's Luís Gustavo Pirani proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save ALMA GUERREIRA from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé de Salles in the 77th minute of play forced Fecha Libre's goalkeeper Franco Armanca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Fecha Libre's Daniel Tartalo got a free kick in the 79th minute. ALMA GUERREIRA's Luís Gustavo Pirani proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save ALMA GUERREIRA from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zeledon Orland in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luís Gustavo Pirani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, ALMA GUERREIRA's Dé Aguiar got a free kick in the 90th minute. Ulisses Vinhas made in the 91st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Murilo Barros immediately put the ball in play. Zeledon Orland took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Luís Gustavo Pirani. ALMA GUERREIRA's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the ALMA GUERREIRA players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
