In the 3rd minute, Matúš Králka got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 5 minutes into the match, Matúš Králka notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Riverzone's Robustiano Vidal. Robustiano Vidal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Robustiano Vidal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viktor Ligocký in the 8th minute of the match. Peter Dubovský charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Peter Dubovský the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 9 played minutes Villarreal FK got a freekick which was hit by Peter Dubovský. Gaston Sayveon fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 11th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball bounced in the crossbar and then went out. It was a very nice shot. Pascual Vigil could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Marián Vrabec made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Ruben Afonso took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Marián Vrabec to make any attempt to save it. After 20 played minutes Villarreal FK got a freekick which was hit by Viktor Ligocký. Villarreal FK's Marián Vrabec proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Villarreal FK from getting a goal against them. Pascual Vigil kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ruben Afonso got free with Marián Vrabec in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benedicto Hulberto got free with Marián Vrabec in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 30th minute, Riverzone's Ruben Afonso ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marián Vrabec. Marián Vrabec yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. Robustiano Vidal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matúš Králka in the 33rd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stanislav Stupala during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Villarreal FK getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Stanislav Stupala hit a great ball. Ruben Afonso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Marián Vrabec made a huge save. Villarreal FK's Marián Vrabec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pascual Vigil in the 37th minute of play. Pascual Vigil scored 4-1 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marián Vrabec, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Pascual Vigil kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ruben Afonso to make the kick off. In the 58th minute, Juraj Feja hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Villarreal FK's Marián Vrabec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Epifanio Barto in the 59th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Villarreal FK's goal looked a bit too open when Ruben Afonso came free, but Marián Vrabec reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robustiano Vidal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Matúš Králka went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-2 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruben Afonso in the 68th minute of play forced Villarreal FK's goalkeeper Marián Vrabec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th match minute, Villarreal FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juraj Feja to maneuver through the defense. In the 73rd minute, Ruben Afonso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marián Vrabec was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-2. With a little luck, Riverzone's Robustiano Vidal got control of the ball when Matúš Králka tried to sneak it across the goal line. Robustiano Vidal came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Villarreal FK's Matúš Králka. But to his dismay, Matúš Králka quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-3. Marián Vrabec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pascual Vigil in the 88th minute of the match. Riverzone's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
