In the 13th minute, Gendo Mamahit hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Marno F.C. getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Epifanio Aritza hit a great ball. Ecep Priambodo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 16th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Abelardo Leobardo. Marno F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ján Čok made an important save on a dangerous shot by Everardo Eduino in the 18th minute. Alejandro Cutberto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ján Čok having to interfere. After 23 minutes of play, JEMBer UTara's Ecep Priambodo made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abelardo Leobardo was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Marno F.C.'s Segundo Evis got a free kick in the 28th minute. The audience was convinced that Everardo Eduino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ján Čok was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Everardo Eduino did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-2 to the left of a surprised Ján Čok 34 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kia Trihatmodjo in the 44th minute of play forced Marno F.C.'s goalkeeper Abelardo Leobardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marno F.C.'s Abelardo Leobardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kia Trihatmodjo in the 45th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Everardo Eduino to make the kick off. Abelardo Leobardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kia Trihatmodjo in the 72nd minute of play. Sapardi Daulay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Abelardo Leobardo made a huge save. When Dudan Souisa fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored JEMBer UTara's protests and gave Dudan Souisa a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Marno F.C. booed when JEMBer UTara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dudan Souisa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th minute Anzarra Sulaiman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Leobardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
