Thanks to some nice moves Casper Göransson could shoot a difficult shot in the 7th minute, which Higinio Loramendi however easily saved by the left post. Casper Göransson's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Higinio Loramendi firmly grabbed it by the left post. Italia's Higinio Loramendi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Italia from getting a goal against them. Eulalio Lon hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Casper Göransson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Italia's Higinio Loramendi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andreas Alm in the 24th minute of play. 25 minutes into the game, Andreas Alm cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Higinio Loramendi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Bo Wallman took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Higinio Loramendi to make any attempt to save it. Italia's Higinio Loramendi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Italia from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jairo Fidensio to make the kick off. Higinio Loramendi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casper Göransson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Casper Göransson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 62 played minutes Vykans Vikingar got a freekick which was hit by Viktor Wallin. In the 72nd minute, Orlando Medero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 74th minute Casper Göransson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Higinio Loramendi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 75 minutes into the match, Italia's goal looked a bit too open when Casper Göransson came free, but Higinio Loramendi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Casper Göransson in the 82nd minute of play forced Italia's goalkeeper Higinio Loramendi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andreas Alm hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. When the referee ended the match the Vykans Vikingar players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
