Arrebimba o Malho SLB's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Laureano Silviano ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Albiceleste F.C.'s Laureano Silviano to fire away a dangerous shot which Lúcio Lopes despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Genaro Beltxe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Albiceleste F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Genaro Beltxe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lúcio Lopes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 55th minute, Genaro Beltxe made a precise shot to the right of Lúcio Lopes. Arrebimba o Malho SLB's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Ricardo Birila kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Januário Martins who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 60thth minute tested the skills of Osvaldo Terciero when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Lúcio Lopes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Genaro Beltxe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After taking down the ball on Albiceleste F.C.'s corner Laureano Silviano fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Lúcio Lopes quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of Arrebimba o Malho SLB booed when Albiceleste F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Genaro Beltxe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Osvaldo Terciero was a little too slow when Ben Fica got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 73rd minute. The score was now 2-3. Osvaldo Terciero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ben Fica in the 79th minute of the match. In the 81st minute Genaro Beltxe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lúcio Lopes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Genaro Beltxe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ben Fica took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Osvaldo Terciero. Osvaldo Terciero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. Jorge Jon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lúcio Lopes having to interfere. Adérito Valverde hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Arrebimba o Malho SLB eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
