Samuel Pinheiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carmelo Nikola having to interfere. Luizinho Tasso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leon Vargas, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Vargas in the 17th minute of play forced Sumaré Sport Club's goalkeeper Luizinho Tasso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erik de Lima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carmelo Nikola having to interfere. Emiliano Toribio hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Emiliano Toribio charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emiliano Toribio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 28 played minutes Salmuera CP got a freekick which was hit by Emiliano Toribio. The audience held their breath when Sebastião Prestes in the 29th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Carmelo Nikola's left hand side. Leon Vargas kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Eusebio Paskal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 36 minutes into the match, Eusebio Paskal notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Sumaré Sport Club's Luizinho Tasso. Luizinho Tasso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eusebio Paskal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Luizinho Tasso made a huge save. Emiliano Toribio kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 64 minutes, Luizinho Tasso successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The crowd rose to their feet as Eusebio Paskal kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Luizinho Tasso. That made the score 0-2 in the 66 minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Erik de Lima hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luizinho Tasso stood somewhat misplaced when Eusebio Paskal came free in front of goal and shot 0-3 to the left of him in the 76 minute. César Rocha took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carmelo Nikola. Carmelo Nikola dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anacleto Astudillo got free with Luizinho Tasso in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eusebio Paskal in the 90thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Luizinho Tasso, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Emiliano Toribio kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. The Salmuera CP players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
