After 10 played minutes team pollen got a freekick which was hit by Kai Sørensen. Joar Kløvstad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elar Arumäe, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Kai Sørensen charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kai Sørensen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, team pollen's Kai Sørensen got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 17th minute, Robert Lepik got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. team pollen's Joar Kløvstad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urmet Vainsalu in the 18th minute of play. Joar Kløvstad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urmet Vainsalu, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Urmet Vainsalu to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Janno Pukk got free with Joar Kløvstad in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the FC Viplala defense, Nicholas Kråkenes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Haarald Nemvalts. The FC Viplala fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Haarald Nemvalts should have stopped the shot. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FC Viplala walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
