Dune's Hugo Nõmmiste played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casimiro Gabon in the 8th minute of play. Aaron Fe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peeter Udal in the 9th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Peep Kivistik during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hugo Nõmmiste acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 13th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Basilio Bihar. 23 minutes into the game, Benjamin Mancio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Peeter Udal scored 0-2 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aaron Fe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 37th minute, Tõnn Kraut hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Clemente Bikendi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42ndth minute of the game Paul Virmaline who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Patricio Rey Futbol Club's Aaron Fe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Benjamin Mancio struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Hugo Nõmmiste didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Patricio Rey Futbol Club. Paul Virmaline fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aaron Fe having to interfere. After the first half Dune were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paul Virmaline made a kick off. In the 59th match minute, Dune was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tõnis Aasamaa to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Patricio Rey Futbol Club's Casimiro Gabon got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 62nd minute, Peeter Udal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aaron Fe was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Paolo Urtun was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 66 minutes into the match. 65 minutes into the game, one of Patricio Rey Futbol Club:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Dune a penalty, 68 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Priidu Nõu, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Patricio Rey Futbol Club's Aaron Fe. 0-4. When Dune's Paul Virmaline in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A very good chance. Tomas Quilino hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 81st minute, Priidu Nõu sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Patricio Rey Futbol Club's Aaron Fe didn't even have to move. 83 minutes into the match, Patricio Rey Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Paul Virmaline came free, but Aaron Fe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Casimiro Gabon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hugo Nõmmiste was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. In the 93rd minute, Paul Virmaline reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aaron Fe. The goal made the score 0-5. The Dune supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Dune would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
