A collision led to Patricio Rey Futbol Club getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Benjamin Mancio hit a great ball. Gregory Cappelsmans who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 14thth minute tested the skills of Aaron Fe when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of FC Draconia booed when Patricio Rey Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Corderall didn't get a good kick on the ball. Patricio Rey Futbol Club's Aaron Fe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Patricio Rey Futbol Club from getting a goal against them. After 19 played minutes FC Draconia got a freekick which was hit by Alfons Ceulemans. Herminio Nisio hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Aaron Fe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregory Cappelsmans in the 27th minute of play. Gregory Cappelsmans's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Aaron Fe firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 30 minutes of play, FC Draconia's Gregory Cappelsmans made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aaron Fe was left in no man's land by his defense there! A hard shot 33 in the game by Gregory Cappelsmans from a close distance when the talented Aaron Fe managed to make a qualified save. Patricio Rey Futbol Club's players were relieved. Aaron Fe didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Matthis Depelsmaker went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Jelle Roels made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Casimiro Gabon in the 44th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gregory Cappelsmans to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, FC Draconia's Jelle Roels got control of the ball when Tomas Quilino tried to sneak it across the goal line. 57 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Draconia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Basilio Bihar was slow to take the kick. During this time Patricio Rey Futbol Club's players had a chance to rest. In the 64th minute, Gregory Cappelsmans ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aaron Fe was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Aaron Fe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregory Cappelsmans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Gregory Cappelsmans's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aaron Fe was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. When the referee blew the final whistle, FC Draconia could leave the field as winners, despite Patricio Rey Futbol Club having more of the ball for most of the match.
