Gürel Saygılı made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Gürel Saygılı took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernard Sadlowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gürel Saygılı didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bernard Sadlowski went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 13th match minute, Kurzawka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wit Liermann to maneuver through the defense. Servet Akman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zula Czerniak having to make a save. 17 minutes into the match, Wincenty Naumowicz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gürel Saygılı. Öz Bern SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wincenty Naumowicz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Bernard Sadlowski charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bernard Sadlowski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Kurzawka's Bernard Sadlowski got a free kick in the 20th minute. After 23 minutes of play, Kurzawka's Bernard Sadlowski made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gürel Saygılı was left in no man's land by his defense there! Roland Fudalej took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gürel Saygılı. Gürel Saygılı dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. After some careless play in the Öz Bern SK defense, Bernard Sadlowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gürel Saygılı. The Öz Bern SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gürel Saygılı should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Kurzawka getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Cezary Rasialdo hit a great ball. Bernard Sadlowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half Kurzawka were leading 1-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

With a little luck, Öz Bern SK's Gürel Saygılı got control of the ball when Bernard Sadlowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cezary Rasialdo during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kurzawka reached it. Bernard Sadlowski came free with the goalkeeper in the 78th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gürel Saygılı could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wincenty Naumowicz in the 80th minute of play forced Öz Bern SK's goalkeeper Gürel Saygılı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gürel Saygılı made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Bernard Sadlowski sent off a good shot on target. Aureliusz Tomporowski kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. When the match was over Kurzawka could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Öz Bern SK throughout the match.
