Spectators: 169 (Terracing: 127, Seating: 39, VIP seats: 3) Ferdinando Cusumano came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Real Club Celta de Vigo's Burni Justo. But to his dismay, Burni Justo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. A collision led to Real Club Celta de Vigo getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Burni Justo hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Real Club Celta de Vigo's Elixio Garzon got a free kick in the 10th minute. Antonello Molinari's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Cristo Rico - 1-1 was put on the score board in the 11th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danilo Santander in the 17th minute of play forced Squadra de Pippe's goalkeeper Ferdinando Cusumano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ciro Biondi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Danilo Santander's late challenge caught a Squadra de Pippe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Danilo Santander helped the player get up and apologised. Danilo Santander hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Elixio Garzon hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After 29 played minutes Squadra de Pippe got a freekick which was hit by Donato Cesarini. After a rather tough play, Real Club Celta de Vigo's Alvar Blanco got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Danilo Santander scored 1-2 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ferdinando Cusumano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Ciro Biondi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexandro Lermo kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. In the 45th minute, Julen Planes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Real Club Celta de Vigo's goalkeeper Cristo Rico, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antonello Molinari to make the kick off. In the 53rdth minute of the game Augusto Marini who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Real Club Celta de Vigo's Cristo Rico was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 55 minutes into the match, Burni Justo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ferdinando Cusumano, 1-3. After 57 minutes, Burni Justo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Club Celta de Vigo and the Squadra de Pippe players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 57 played minutes Real Club Celta de Vigo got a freekick which was hit by Burni Justo. After a rather tough play, Real Club Celta de Vigo's Polifemo Herrera got a free kick in the 63rd minute. After 64 played minutes Burni Justo rounded Squadra de Pippe's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-4. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Squadra de Pippe's goalkeeper Ferdinando Cusumano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Real Club Celta de Vigo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alexandro Lermo in the 70th minute. Real Club Celta de Vigo's Alexandro Lermo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ferdinando Cusumano in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 71st minute Augusto Marini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristo Rico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Squadra de Pippe's zone, Elixio Garzon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ferdinando Cusumano came out of the goal and Elixio Garzon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Real Club Celta de Vigo's Alvar Blanco got a free kick in the 79th minute. Ciro Biondi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 94th minute Danilo Santander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferdinando Cusumano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Real Club Celta de Vigo's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
